ORDERS PLACED TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY BEFORE 12.00PM WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

What are my delivery options (when your online ordering service is active)?

We offer a next day UK delivery service on orders placed before 12pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. You will receive your order next working day. This is a fully tracked service with DPD.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday will be processed on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

When will I receive my order (when your online ordering service is active)?

Order placed Monday to Thursday before 12pm will be delivered next working day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday unless a special Saturday delivery is selected. Any orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

What are my delivery charges (when your online ordering service is active)?

Our standard next working day delivery is charged at £8.00 for orders weighing up to 10kg.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be totally satisfied with the order you receive from Mithaas. In the unlikely event your goods are damaged in any way or you have received an incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours or receiving your delivery by e-mail at info@mithaas.co.uk. We will look to get a refund or redelivery arranged.
